MIMOSA is a genus (like family) of about 2,400 species of herb, shrub and tree such as Mimosa Pudica, Rain tree and Water Mimosa. The most curious plant in the genus is Mimosa Pudica or TickleMe Plant because of the way it folds its leaves when touched, tickled or exposed to heat.
