• All room rates are quoted per room per night in Thai Baht and include the applicable VAT and service charge.
• 1 Nov 11 - 31 Oct 12 : Room rates are not applicable for Thai.

Child Policy :

• Accommodation is free of charge for children from infancy to 12 years of age (to a maximum of 2 children) sharing the same room with parents and using existing bedding. 50% discount on all contracted meal rate will apply for children from 4 to 12 years of age. A child below 4 dines for free.

Room Type :

• The maximum occupancy for a " Two - Bedroom Villa" is 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age per room. Two extra beds are required for the 5th and the 6th person.
• The maximum occupancy for a " Three - Bedroom Pool Villa" is 9adults or 6 adults and 3 children under 12 years of age per room. Three extra beds are required for the 7th, 8th and the 9th person.
• The maximum occupancy for a " Four - Bedroom Pool Villa" is 12 adults or 8 adults and 4 children under 12 years of age per room. Four extra beds are required for the 9th,10th, 11th  and the 12th person.
